We had a wonderful stay at Pik Palace Shahdag. The hotel is beautiful, the surroundings are breathtaking, and the facilities made our family stay very enjoyable. A special thanks to Samir, Nadir, and Zaur for their excellent service, professionalism, and hospitality. Their kindness and willingness to help made a real difference to our experience and made us feel genuinely welcome. Overall, we really appreciated the hospitality, the beautiful mountain views, and the quality of the hotel facilities. We are grateful to the team for making our stay memorable and would like to recognize Samir, Nadir, and Zaur for their outstanding efforts.

The only downside was the limited choice of dining options outside the hotel, as most nearby restaurants and shops were closed until the winter season. This made us quite dependent on the hotel’s restaurants throughout our stay. The food quality was very good, and we genuinely enjoyed the meals. However, the prices were quite high, especially for a multi-day stay when lunch and dinner need to be arranged every day. Having a few more reasonably priced dining options available during the autumn season would make the overall experience even better. This is just a suggestion for improvement, as we otherwise enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hotel’s hospitality.

The hotel offers an amazing location, beautiful surroundings, exceptional comfort, and excellent services, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy Shahdag. I would especially like to appreciate Elman and Nadir for their effective communication, professionalism, and continuous assistance throughout my trip. They were always helpful, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to make my stay smooth and enjoyable. Their support genuinely made a difference to my overall experience. A special thanks also goes to Edgar, the bellman, for his kindness, helpfulness, and excellent service. It’s people like him who make a hotel stay feel truly special. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, the facilities are excellent, and the location is simply breathtaking. Everything contributed to a relaxing and memorable experience. Overall, I highly recommend Pik Palace Shahdag to anyone visiting Shahdag. The combination of beautiful surroundings, comfortable accommodation, great services, and outstanding staff makes it a place worth visiting. I would happily stay here again!

The property and location is good

The staff is not at all cooperative and food options for vegetarian is absolutely nothing despite so many Indians visiting the property. The food served is extremely stale and old.
