Bay Lane Penthouse

The place was spacious, well equipped for cooking and central to everything. Being in the centre of town and not having to drive was great especially over the weekend when there’s a lot of traffic and it can be hard to find parking.

The location was very central & and private, with a lovely layout.

The location is amazing and the actual penthouse is really nice. Very spacious and beautifully styled.

A little issue with the property when we arrived but it was handled professionally. Can’t fault the property at all

The location was excellent for getting anywhere in town. Rooms were large. Two car spots were handy.

The Bathroom sink in the downstairs bathroom was blocked so every time we used it we had a sink full of dirty water that took 5-10 mins to go back down. There was only one full length mirror in the upstairs bedroom of which made it hard getting ready to attend a wedding when there is more than one of you trying to get ready. There is no privacy on your balcony with other buildings on the other side of the lane looking directly onto you. The noise on the Saturday night until the smaller hours was very loud being so close to the centre of town and on the Sunday morning around 6.00 am there was a lot of talking and noise from the neighbours outside our bedroom. There was bunches of long wiry hair in and around the kitchen/lounge floor.
