Nice spot for a short stay

The view from the room is amazing, we even saw dolphins swim near by from our balcony. In April there were not that many people so it was quite, not sure how it's in high season. The staff was nice, helpful and friendly.

We found some trash under the bed, a chewing gum stuck to one of the beds. And the pots/pans were in terrible condition, some of the dishes we had to rewash before using.

more inferno (hell) than paradise

2 horror nights- in the hotel-bagno extrem loud music-bum bum till late after midnight,no reaction from the staff, sono vacanze... the italians love it extremely loud

Nice if you like partying in summer. Bad if you try to relax and sleep before midnight.

It is nice that the beach is right across the street from the apartment. The apartment has everything one needs.

There are two clubs right across the street, one belonging to the owners of the apartment. The clubs take turns making party at least until midnight. This information is not provided anywhere in advance. We left three days before the end of the payed stay but were given not the tiniest bit of refund. We were told it is to be expected in Italy in summer, which is a boldfaced lie! I can only recommend this place in summer if and when you do not plan to sleep before midnight or 1am.

not a Paradiso !!

Not accepting a small well behaved dog !!! but others on a wet evening allowed in dining room !! Not friendly staff ! apart from situation I would NOT return !! bedroom heard the train so not quiet & NO lift for a handicapped person, that is disgusting !

The room without sea view are right on the train and it's not written before you chose your room, there is a smoking stence in the rooms and even breakfast was bad. We run away early in the morning

Train tracks 8 meters away from half a meter balcony kitchen is below and when the door is open the smell wanders nicely into the room. The walls are as thin as cardboard and you can hear snoring of your neighbor from the next room. definitely not easy to fall asleep.

Web page needs some improvement!

Superb beach location with nearby restaurants, bars and facilities. Very clean and good layout of large room and en suite. Good breakfast. Very good murals on walls in common areas. Secure, numbered parking - exceptional for a sea front location..

Very difficult to find due location being wrongly described on web page, it is actually in Vallecrosia. Extremely noisy room. A single dividing door separated our room from one other. Noisy neighbouring phone conversations in the evening and loud TV left on during the night. Noisy railway line about 10m from window. If we had been made aware we would have opted for a quieter room. Large shower head broken and small one lacking bracket. Extremely noisy extract fan. Restaurant did not offer eveing meal.

Simple beach front hotel that gets the basics right.

CLEAN, free parking, beach front, friendly staff, decent shower. By the way, the pizza at their restaurant was quite good, making a stop on long trip just a little bit simpler.

No elevator to rooms (1 floor up) could be an accessibility issue, but not a problem I encountered myself.

Nice place.

Chosen at the last minute...It suited our needs. The room was of good size, the balcony and proximity to the beach was fantastic. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The restaurant served a good breakfast. Very near the train station and the main street. (for groceries and food). The sea breeze and the relaxation were superb.

really....really....really wish we could have stayed additional nights. I let my better judgement down and got hustled out of $60 euro from a street vendor. Place did have some noise issues, however.....adjustments were made.
