From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The building itself is beautiful and impeccably maintained, with stunning landscaping that adds to the relaxing atmosphere. The location couldn’t be better — right on the beach and within easy walking distance of everything. Absolutely perfect in every way!

Trust Miramar Suites for a comfortable and convenient stay on Placencia!

We had a beachfront room with a patio/balcony on the first floor and the unit was amazing! It came with water and coffee and if we were staying longer - we would definitely take advantage of the kitchenette. Right next door, The Bohemian was serving incredible wood fired pizzas and upstairs the next night - we enjoyed seafood on the upstairs terrace overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Easy access to breakfast places, markets and walks on the beach. The boardwalk leads to Placencia Village - all in all an amazing stay - Ilsa and Regina are incredible hosts! Wills stay here again on our return to Belize and Placencia!!

The property had a property manager that was very helpful. She arranged to have us picked up from the airport. The room was very clean and included a kitchen. The bed was perfect and the view was amazing!

We fell in love with Miramar suites!

We loved this hotel. The location was perfect - beachfront and walking distance to everything else in Placencia. We wanted to be in the village, not a secluded resort. Miramar is the ticket. It has restaurants/bars right next door and many more just a few feet away. The pool was great, the rooms had everything you could need and the staff was just amazing. They even did our laundry without us even asking (we put things in the basket and were going to ask but they picked it up, washed and folded it -it was ready when we got back). We stayed in the beachfront rooms so we could sit on the porch and watch the waves. Walk out the back door and you're at the pool! I did a lot of research since this was our first vacation with family (since they had a baby, now a 4 year old) and I wanted it to be perfect. It was!

Wonderful stay

It was perfect and comfortable for our family of 4 adults. Room came with a kitchenette which while we didn’t use it, was convenient. Beds were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and professional and helpful. Property was quiet and felt very safe at night. Pool was clean with ample chairs. My elderly mother in particular really enjoyed Miramar and already said she wants to come back.

Shower was completely open. Usually I don’t like this because it makes a flooded mess of the bathroom when trying to shower but it wasn’t a huge problem at all.

Amazing stay in placencia

Lovely hosts,Regina was so friendly and warm and had a lovely welcome. Were given pool towels and shown to our room earlier than expected. Great location slightly further away but only a 5min walk to the pier. Great restaurant and coffee shop next door. Children loved the pool!

Everything from the location the place was absolutely beautiful. We had a patio on the second floor front and back overlook the ocean the combinations the customer service. The beach was beautiful everything everything we want to stay again.

Nothing everything was perfect. They even called a taxi service. Sam’s who drove and pick us up from the airport. We got free bikes too to ride around while I stay was there.

Great location at the heart of Placencia sidewalk. Excellent staff! Comfortable and very clean accommodations. Had a wonderful stay in Placencia! Hotel near several restaurants and walking distance to the pier and downtown. We’ve stayed other places but will return to Miramar.

Loved our experience at Miramar. Our suite, our view, our location and our encounters with the staff were all positive . I would definitely stay here again. The staff went above and beyond. We were sad to leave but they were already booked and I could see why.

Right on the beach enjoying the Belize vibes.

Miramar is a whole little complex of several hotels, restaurants and bars. It straddles the Beachfront walk, which prides itself on being the Guiness Word Record holder for the narrowest Main Street. Our room was on the beach, it was wonderful to not even have to walk to the actual beach as we could enjoy the views and noise of the waves. Room had all the necessities and was comfortable. We did not need to actually use the kitchenette as there are a number of places to eat a very short walk, including breakfast. Staff was wonderful, had Elbert wait for us as we arrived early in the evening.

The thing about Miramar is simply that everyone who works there is truly happy to see you. Add to that an uncrowded beach with coconut palms to shade you, a beautiful and uncrowded pool, a location on the sidewalk that makes it absolutely easy to walk to anywhere in the village and finally great rooms as well … and what you’ve got is an absolute gem. Go there.

Everything about the Miramar was amazing! The employees were so friendly and helpful, greeted me by name, and made check-in quick and easy. Our beachside room was clean and comfortable, the building is gorgeous and photogenic :). I highly recommend Miramar, and will certainly stay there again when in Placencia.

Location was great, we loved Placencia Village. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen well equipped.

The WiFi didn’t work in our room, and neither did the dishwasher. No efforts were made by the staff to rectify this.

Beautiful Miramar Suites, I miss you!

The room was very nice. Well appointed and quite spacious. Everyone was lovely, always asking if we needed anything when they saw us out, and even dropped off an umbrella on a rain day. The overnight security made the stay very comfortable. I can't say enough good things about our stay.

The washer didn't work, but I wasnt there to do laundry everyday anyway.
