Very clean, comfortable beds and spacious rooms.
The staff was respectful, helpful and really nice. They responded very quickly to my emails once I landed and arranged a taxi within minutes for me to get to the hotel from the airport. The food was good. The location is great, only few minute walk from American village which has tones of restaurants. You can rent a bike just in front of the hotel or everything is walking distance. Had access to beach towels in a bag for me to take to the beach as there is only pools at the hotel.
No beach access close by and also no shuttle from the airport.

Wow, what a hotel! Loved everything about this place in Chatan located within a short stroll of the American village. Super fun vibe. Comfy rooms with sea views, nice indoor and outdoor pools.
The breakfast was sensational!!!
Nothing- just wished I stayed a few nights, not just one.
Seems to be a better location than Naha.

Location was fantastic!
We only stayed there one night and paid for the buffet breakfast, we ended up missing out on the breakfast as there was a queue and we needed to get to the airport for a flight. Maybe our fault, but never had to queue for a breakfast before and we travel a lot.
