I loved the pool, so refreshing and right outside my door. Located right on the Mekong River, it was such a delight to sit and watch life go by on the river. I loved the host, Van, she was very accommodating and did everything she could to make my stay memorable.

had a wonderful 3 night stay. I had a private room with bathroom. Van was a great communicator via whatsapp and gave me clear instructions on getting there and picked me up from the ferry. The food was always delicious and to dine on the river deck watching the boats go past was just perfect, especially in the company of the cute cat. I recommend hiring a motorbike so you can get around and explore the area. Its an easy ride to Vinh long city and you will spend your day waving and saying hello to the locals. If your looking for a great welcoming community off the tourist trails then this is worth the extra effort. The room is basic homestay style but clean and cool with everything you need. I would highly recommend a visit just like everyone else here has.
There really wasn't anything I didnt like. My water stopped working one night but staff did everything they possibly could and offered a different room. These things can happen in Vietnam.

The warm welcome. The amazing location right on the Mekong. Lovely pool. Personal recommendations for a tranquil boat ride with a local. Beautiful bike rides around the island. The sound of cicadas. The lush tropical gardens full of spaces to relax amongst the fruit trees. Great menu of food choices. Beautiful sunsets. We stayed in the downstairs deluxe double room with bathroom. Highly recommend staying here for the love, peace and tranquility.

Great location in the Mekong Delta, with not many European tourists; so a bit more immersive than other places. A few cool locations to visit by bike (market, temples, etc.). The hostel itself is beautiful, with an amazing garden, great buildings and a nice view on the Mekong river. Beautiful sunsets.
Mostly the prices related to renting bikes/scooters, which was twice as expensive as what I saw elsewhere in Vietnam. After a little chat, the price was back to normal so, all good.
