The apartment was great, full of all it needed - it was a pity to stop there just for a night. We also appreciated the place for our car in front of the building. Nevertheless, the car is mandatory: the apartment is about 10min far from the city centre.

Some difficulties with communication: the host speaks predominantly German, but not English or Italian.

very nice&pleasant staying

A most delightful greeting from the owners , after a 6 hour long drive, we were offered cold beers and the following days slices of home baked cake. We were blessed to have chosen this location to start our vacation. The apartment is spacious, pleasant to walk around , well-equipped and very nice decorated (way better than in photos). Around the location , there are nice restaurants , small bars with food ( breakfast type) and mini markets , for all the necesities.

Great hosts and excellent apartment!

Very friendly and nice hosts, we've felt like we've been staying at relatives house from the very beginning. Hand-made cake and drinks after long travelling, grape and vegetables, home-produced rakia - everything was really nice and made us felt really welcoming. Apartment was nice as well, pretty clean and it had everything we might need, including dish, towels, hairdryer, etc. It's not close to the sea, but that's not a problem when travelling by car - there is a lot of parking space in the yard and shops / numerous beaches / town (Porec) is just 5-7 minutes away. We were enjoying staying a bit away from the town, in the quiet neighborhood. If you aren't looking closest proximity to the sea and don't mind 5-10 minutes of driving, the location is excellent. We prefer driving anyway, as there are a lot of different beaches nearby (Materada, Plava Laguna, etc.) and you can choose the one which suits you best, i.e. some have bars and sport activities while others are more calm and family oriented; or pebble and sand ones, etc. Overall staying there has exceeded our expectations; we will be happy to return. Thanks a lot to the awesome hosts!

Nothing, really, just a minor (and opinionated) things like mattresses which were a bit too soft for us :).

Нам дуже сподобався відпочинок в цьому помешканні. Привітні добрі господарі, чиста комфортна квартира, обладнана усім необхідним. В нас була гарна тераса з видом на море. Ми були на авто, тому добиратися до моря та до міста Пореч було швидко, біля 10 хв. Якщо приїдемо в цей регіон, обовʼязково ще раз тут зупинимося.

Ottima struttura

Ottima posizione, inizialmente difficile da trovare, un consiglio spassionato per chi prenota qui, non cercate la via, cercate direttamente house Lucija se no google map vi porta da tutt'altra parte. Appartamento nuovo, dotato di tutto. Proprietari gentilissimi, non parlano italiano, solo croato e tedesco. Ci ritorneremo volentieri.

vynikajúci domáci

veľmi pekné čisté ubytovanie :) Domáci veľmi príjemní po príchode nás pohostili , porozprávali sa . je nám ľúto že sme boli iba jednu noc . Prišli sme keď bolo všetko zavreté , koli sviatku nemali sme kde kúpiť raňajky . Pani sa opýtala či bolo otvorené a keď videl aze nemáme čo jesť ponúkla nás so svojho :) ochotne rado milo. Ešte som sa nikde tak príjemne necítila :) Veľmi ďakujeme všetko dobre :)

Es is ziemlich vom Schuss, dafür sehr ruhige Lage. Zum Strand, zum Supermarkt und in die Stadt braucht man das Auto, aber ein kleiner Bäcker ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar

Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Wir waren ganz oben und konnten sogar vom Balkon das Meer sehen. Die Wohnung ist zwar ein wenig klein aber das hat für unsere Zwecke alle Mal gereicht. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und haben uns bestens versorgt. Außerdem liegt die Wohnung sehr zentral,mit dem Auto ist man in den umliegenden Städten schnell da. Mein Bett war sehr bequem und es gibt auch sofort ein kleinen Supermarkt um die Ecke.

Manchmal gab es schlechtes W-lan was für mich jetzt kein Problem war. Aber selbst da wurde das Problem sofort behoben.
