Our stay at this North Captiva home was nothing short of spectacular. It offers the perfect Florida Gulf Coast balance: the front porch provides a front-row seat to some of the most breathtaking sunsets I’ve ever seen, while the back door leads you straight to the water. Having a boat ready to go made exploring the surrounding islands and the best of Southwest Florida effortless. If you’re looking for a seamless blend of relaxation and adventure, you couldn’t ask for a better home base.

We have stayed a lot of places and it’s very apparent that they genuinely care about their guests. They have amenities that are not required from beach bikes to extra household supplies etc.. We had a fabulous Thanksgiving. Many great memories made with our family. Thank you to Lionel, Suzanne and Tyler.

This is the third time our family has stayed in this house and it never disappoints. The property is a special place to make memories. The location is magical and the property has everything you need and then some. Love it and look forward to a returning.
