Location
No fence so had to keep our dogs on leash all the time even going out for toilet. The garden looked hasn’t been maintained for quite sometime. the gardener only came 2 days before the end of our stay. Be better if the maintenance was arranged before our arrival. Car port wasn’t available as the owner’s car was there. Need a new kettle, hair dryer also has a broken handle. Couch has many stains looks dirty

Great location, peaceful & quiet but close to everything in and around Eden, large, beautiful garden & upstairs terrace with views, dog friendly and well equipped to make you feel at home for even a longish stay. Birdsong in the morning is magical!

Location was great and keys were easy to collect
Property was quite run down and it was not fenced in for the animals to be safely left outside. Minimal linen amenities available. Quite expensive for a budget type accommodation.
