A cozy stay with a beautiful surrounding

We absolutely loved the atmosphere of Agriturismo Minaldo. The owners were extremely friendly and welcoming. The property sits on the top of the hill so the view from the room and the lounge area was incredible. Wish we had stayed longer to explore the walking paths. It is also a very short 5-minute drive to Dogliani village

Lovely place - Lovely stay!

This is a rather lovely agriturismo, with beautiful room, a small pool, good breakfast with a bit for everyone and a nice view over the valley. We had a tasting of their wines, with some excellent local specialties to go with, and that was a great way of starting the stay. Breakfast had a bit of the sweet and a bit of the savoury, mostly sourced locally. The room was really cozy and none of that "hotel-y" feel you might find elsewhere. 5 minutes / 2,2 kms down the road you will find the restaurant Il Torchio - do yourself a favour and have dinner there.

Being an agriturismo, this is a working farm, and one needs to respect that. Unlike a posh hotel, staff will not always be there to cater for your every whim. So - it's probably unfair if I should hold that against them.

Disappointing agriturismo experience

Nice setting among vineyards overlooking Dogliani. Quiet.

Some of the negatives are not exceptional for an agriturismo: narrow unpaved access road, no secure WiFi access, not-so-great shower, no housekeeping during stay. But usually these drawbacks are conterbalanced by positives. Not here. Minimal info at check-in (map of restaurants in Dogliani). No explanations about their agricultural activity, no invitation to visit their vineyard, no proposal to sample the wine they produce. Breakfast was not the appetizing buffet of other agriturismi with fresh fruit from the garden, home-made baked goods, jams, muesli, etc. Instead it was directly from the supermarket : processed ham, cornflakes, industrial jam and honey... As for the swimming pool, it is postage stamp size and in a state of neglect. We saw no sign of either sauna or solarium mentioned in the property description. This place could maybe be OK for self-catering, but we were disappointed. Too impersonal for an agriturismo. Would not stay here again.

What a view!!

The agriturismo is located into the mountains which makes the views spectacular. The breakfast was good and the host very friendly! The room is spacious.

The pool is smaller than expected and was dirty when we arrived. The host cleaned it on the second day, which was already way better. You need to take the car to go to a restaurant.

Everything was perfect. Friendly hosts, comfortable beds, good breakfast, amazing wine. The location is perfect for discovering the wines and wineries of the region. Italian hospitality at its best.

Auch für eine Dauer von 2 Wochen waren wir jeden Tag gern da und haben noch eine Fülle von Zielen nicht besucht

Sehr persönlich, sehr entspannend, sehr gute Lage für Wanderungen und Tagesreisen, sehr gutes und täglich mit Variationen verändertes Frühstück, sehr gute und bequeme Matratzen, angenehm ruhig und doch nahe an Dogliani mit allen Möglichkeiten.

Abbiamo voglia di tornarci! Tutto perfetto!

Struttura davvero incantevole, immersa nella natura e nella pace assoluta delle Langhe piemontesi. Poche camere per assicurare il relax agli ospiti. La nostra camera pulitissima e rifinita nei dettagli dava sul giardino dove si poteva consumare la colazione e si poteva usufruire dei lettini prendisole attorno alla piccola piscina affacciata sulla valle. Colazione completa, dolce e salata, con prodotti anche locali (buonissima la torta artigianale e la crema spalmabile alle nocciole). Situato in posizione strategica che in pochi minuti si auto consente di raggiungere il paese Dogliani e vari locali/cantine/agriturismi in cui poter pranzare o cenare. Prezzo onestissimo per la posizione e la cura con cui sono mantenuti sia l’interno che l’esterno. Gentilissimo il titolare e dolcissima Mimì, tenera mascotte della struttura. Consigliatissimo!

Dankjewel voor de goede zorgen. Geweldige host en prachtige locatie. Alles was goed verzorgd en het zwembad was heerlijk. Het ontbijt elke ochtend vers en lekker! We komen zeker terug.

Una perla nelle Langhe

Struttura molto bella, camera grande dotata di tutti i confort. Molto bello il balcone con tavolino e sedie ad uso esclusivo. Piscina con una vista eccezionale su tutti i vigneti. Ottima la colazione con i prodotti locali. Mimì, la cagnolina della proprietà è il fiore all' occhiello.

Court séjour très calme et reposant

L'accueil, le calme et le cadre. Le propriétaire nous a accueilli de manière très sympathique. Merci pour les excellents conseils pour la restauration. Proximité de Dogliani. La chambre est spacieuse et bien équipée, rangements, bouilloire. Literie très correcte. Propreté du logement. Parking disponible au pied du logement.

Dommage que le sauna ne soit pas accessible et que les repas du soir ne soient pas possible (il serait bien de le préciser). A priori, les saisons précédentes cette option était possible (commentaires des personnes ayant séjourné). Petit-déjeuner classique. Attention pas de climatisation. Pas de serviette pour la piscine (prévoir des serviettes de plage). Pas de mouchoirs, prévoir savon pour un séjour long. A noter, pour le week-end pas de nettoyage et de changement de serviette.
