Studios Vasilis

We had a wonderful five-night stay at Studios Vasilis. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and in an excellent location, close to everything we needed. Our host, Vasileios, was exceptionally friendly, helpful and welcoming. He made us feel at home from the moment we arrived and was always happy to help whenever we needed anything. A special bonus is that Vasileios' son runs a restaurant right next to the accommodation. We had some excellent meals there, and the raki was especially good! We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. We highly recommend Studios Vasilis to anyone visiting Agia Marina!

We stayed at the Poseidon room at Studios Vasilis for 5 days, and it was a wonderful holiday! The apartment is spacious, and the kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. The view from the terrace over the sea is amazing. Right next to the place, there’s a restaurant, a bar, and a real supermarket with everything you might need. The owner, Vasilis, and his family are extremely friendly and always happy to help. The beach nearby is sandy with a long coastline, perfect for a nice morning walk by the water or a relaxing day on the beach if you’re tired of driving around. It’s also a great base for day trips to famous spots like Elafonisi, Falasarna, or Balos. Chania is very close, and it’s a beautiful city. However, I’d definitely recommend staying here instead of in Chania itself. You can easily get to the city by bus, taxi, or rental car, but it’s very crowded there even at the end of the season. It’s great for a stroll, but not as cozy or peaceful to live in.

No parking, but easy to find parking around property on main road.

Room looked over a derelict taverna. Washing machine noise early in the morning from above. Very old toaster, cooker etc.
