Struttura pulita e comoda, nel centro del paese. La signora che ci ha ospitato era veramente piacevole, le chiacchiere che abbiamo scambiato hanno sicuramente contribuito alla bella giornata trascorsa. Le camere sono pulite e dotate di quello che serve. Il paese di Ozieri, dove la struttura è ubicata, vale assolutamente la visita.

Das Personal war etwas mürrisch und wurde nach Check-in nicht mehr gesehen.
Es heisst zwar B&B, war aber nur B ohne B.
Keine Infrastruktur für Tee und Kaffee gesehen

Premessa: Il fatto che la struttura fosse al terzo piano senza ascensore era chiaramente indicato nell'annuncio e ne ero cosciente al momento della prenotazione. La mia recensione non prende in esame questo aspetto.
La struttura è pulita; la camera assegnata aveva dimensioni sufficienti, dotazione standard ma completa e si è rivelata abbastanza silenziosa. Gradita la presenza di zanzariera e tapparella oscurante. Bagno in camera grande. Ho apprezzato la colonna doccia. C'era uno scaldabagno da 80 litri, più che sufficiente per due persone.
Nella zona comune è presente un microonde e un frigorifero, che però non abbiamo utilizzato in quanto abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte.
La proprietaria, Sig.ra Graziella, è stata cortese e simpatica. Il prezzo pagato per il soggiorno era più che onesto.
Per la colazione ci si deve arrangiare da soli riscaldando cibo proprio o recandosi in uno dei bar della zona.
L'ingresso allo stabile andrebbe curato e valorizzato ma, verosimilmente, trattasi di area comunale e la pecca non è ascrivibile alla struttura.
Se devo indicare aspetti migliorabili, suggerirei di mettere qualche presa elettrica in più e il comando per spegnere il lampadario anche vicino al letto.
