I visited SLC for a solo trip to celebrate my 30th birthday and needed a small, safe place to stay.
The only issue that I had was quickly resolved and was due to a technology issue with the lock code not working. This was addressed immediately after calling the owner, and I was pleased with the service I received.
The apartment was very clean and there was even water waiting for me in the refrigerator upon arrival.
The garage parking was great since I didn’t have to find street parking!
I will say the balcony is tiny. More of a “enjoy the view” than a sit on the balcony situation. But I’m small and was able to enjoy a glass of sparkling water in the small space. The view is AMAZING!!!
I would definitely recommend staying here and will do so the next time I am in SLC!

The place was very clean and conveniently located. My daughter and I stayed for a convention downtown. We walked downtown most days and saved ourselves some money on parking. I would absolutely stay here again.

I stayed here while attending Scentsy Family Reunion at the Salt Palace for 4 nights! It was less then a mile to the convention center/downtown so I could easily walk or use one of the public scooters/bikes. The studio was clean and had pretty much everything you'd need! The bed was comfy and the view was incredible! Traveling as a woman alone i felt very safe in this neighborhood/building! The other tenants I ran into were very nice as well! Would definitely stay again if I return to Utah!

The property was quiet, clean, and in a good location. If you are sensitive to light sleeping at night, the curtains are thin.
