Very little

It was lovely and quiet like small old Bali rooms. Staff were fantastic. It was a short walk to dreamland beach. The pool was quiet and nice. Very convenient to have a mini mart and restaurant at the property. Food was lovely. Quick go jek ride to Padang Padang.

Staff didn’t clean the room everyday but when we asked for something to be done they did it no problems. Bathroom a little small and run down but still great for the price.

Staff were amazing, Daniel helped us with transport from the ferry in Sanur and stored our luggage allowing us to check in and go to the beach while we waited for our room. He also organised our transport back to the airport very early in the morning at the end of the stay. We visited the Temple for the Kecak fire dance one night and returning late, the kitchen accommodated us and made sure we had a lovely dinner. The rooms were lovely and spacious, pool was nice, and having the shop, spa and laundry all as part of the complex was amazing. We also enjoyed the pool table at the restaurant. It was also nice being a 5-10 minute walk to Dreamland Beach, and just a bit further to Bingin, but we spent most of our 'beach time' at Dreamland.

We had two rooms booked, one for my husband and myself, and a twin room for our teen and adult children. The beds in their room were quite comfy, though ours was overly soft. I think just depends on what works for you. Also, our room didn't have a jug and coffee facilities but theirs did, and we also didn't have a remote for our air conditioning unit. I would also highlight, there weren't mossie nets on the beds there, but there were definitely mossies. We just adjusted to this by ensuring our door was shut if we were sitting outside to not let them into the room and were fine after the first night. All those things were just little things that were easily rectified. The only thing that I would say as a possible downside is the location if you want to be closer to the shopping and more variety of restaurants. The places within reasonable walking distance were a bit more limited and with four of us we were less likely to grab scooters, though we did use a 'Grab' car for our shopping session. It's also very close to El Kabron (so noisy at night). It's definitely a lovely place and we'd likely stay again, but I would probably suggest working out your priority activities and select your accommodation on location to those activities, for fun days at the beach or poolside this was perfect.
