Cleanliness, even when it is clean in general, they don’t have soap for the dishwashers in the rooms and we saw a cockroach in the lobby.

The buffet breakfast was really good and tasty. The sauna steam included in the price was a major positive surprise.

That the pool was closed. The noise of the fridge all around night was not okay.

Very ample and well equipped room, especially for long stays.

my kid pleaded me to go to a place with a pool. the place advertises itself with a nice looking pool. however, the sun will never ever shine on the pool because it is built under the north-shadow side of the building. that renders it unusable unless you are Wim Hof. And, why would room service Ever use ugly plastic trash containers to bring the food up when the whole place, including the well equipped room has tons of nice ceramics and silverware??? don’t get it.

Nice hotel but needs some upgrades will not stay there again

The location was perfect and a nice display But food was not hot and oatmeal liquid

No air condition in the hallway or the elevators. In the roomThe air condition was making loud noise told the front desk were told aintenance fixed it, they just put it on low and toilet did not flush.
