Beautiful house in lovely Swedish countryside. Pleasant and easy communication with owner.

Guests are charged 3 SEK / kWh extra for electricity, which is supposed to be paid in cash at the end of the stay. We rented the house during the summer and were out on trips during the days, we ended up consuming approx. 50 kWh in a week. However, heating is electric and the appliances are old, so it may get expensive if you'd need to use them a lot. One should bring own bed linen as they are not provided in the house. There's only one empty dresser for the guests, upstairs in one of the rooms, otherwise, drawers are full of owners belongings. Also, guests are supposed to clean the house upon departure, alternatively pay an extra cleaning fee of 800 SEK. Some parts of the house, like the bathroom, would really need a renovation.
