Cet appartement a des atouts: il est très propre, le il est confortable, la cuisine est assez bien équipée.Il dispose d’une terrasse couverte et un autre espace extérieur pour manger,La voiture est bien garée dans le parking privé, Zoltan le propriétaire est sympa et réactif.
Dommage, l’appartement est sombre. Malgré une grande baie vitrée, le soleil et la lumière du jour peinent à pénétrer , un grand arbre devant faisant beaucoup d’ombre . Certaines installations sont vieillîtes et demanderaient une réparation ou une amélioration ( lave- linge, système de chasse d’eau peu pratique , robinets parfois difficiles à manipuler)
