森のフェアリー Cottage Morino Fairy All cotage with open-air bath with sea view or river view

We loved the location, the privacy, and the host. It really felt as though we were in our own little world staying here, and the daily desserts were such an amazing treat. My wife and I both felt the host went above and beyond the call of duty, so we felt extremely well taken care of. We didn’t take great picture of the accommodations themselves, but the pictures on the listing do it justice.

Beautiful location overlooking the sea in a serene area of the coast. The outdoor seating was a wonderful place to start the day with breakfast and a coffee, and to end the day with a sunset. We only stayed three days, but could have spent a month. The location is perfect for exploring the sites in Yakushima. We bought premade food (sushi and udon, etc.) most days and enjoyed the room for dinner.

Really nothing. Maybe the trash can could be a bit bigger but that is a small detail.

The host was very sweet and responsive. She makes her own desserts and orange juice, and they are super yummy! The cottage was comfortable and clean. Location was great as well, and I had a great time exploring the island.

location is great. not too far from anbo, very close to waterfalls, and in front of the cottage there is a very famous doughnut shop that will definetely be one of the best doughnut of your life! the staff is also very helpful, so many information handed about the islands, the forrest, different trails, etc. the staff gave new dessert every day in your fridge its very cute. the property itself is amazing. bathroom is big and balcony is huge!! the bathub outside adds a nice touch to it. kitchen equipments is enough for your day to day quick cooking if needed. bed and duvet is comfy!!
