The staff were lovely and friendly.
We found it quite hard to find as there are no obvious hotel signs outside. The bed was a small double. I had thought it looked bigger in the pictures!

The staff very friendly & helpful.
The view from the room balcony overlooking the nature reserve was excellent, the accommodation was centrally located, with parking, restaurants etc near by.
Breakfast was ample.
The room was slightly cramped for two adults with the double bed being on the small size but ample for the room size.
There was a fully stocked bar, but for some reason they were not selling alcohol.

The location and facilities were good
I have stayed there twice before and have been happy. This time, I found the staff indifferent except for the lady on duty when I left who actually was friendly. When I had a problem with the patio door not locking the man on reception actually rolled his eyes at me when I explained the problem. He wasn't interested in my concern about security. He resolved the problem but without any enthusiasm.
I am unlikely to stay there again.
