Het is een mooie villa. Meerdere fijne zithoeken buiten, heb genoten van de ochtendkoffie op de loungeset in de zon. Ook de buitenkeuken is erg fijn. Alles is goed onderhouden en hygiënisch. Er wordt regelmatig schoongemaakt en ook het zwembad wordt gecontroleerd. De eigenaar is bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Persoonlijk vonden wij de locatie wat minder. Je hoort de hele dag de auto’s rijden op de drukke weg. Het strand ligt inderdaad op zo’n 500 meter, maar je kan er nergens op om een strandwandeling te maken. De stukken strand horen bij hotels/huizen die daar staan. Verder vinden wij het fijn om ‘s ochtend naar een bakker of supermarkt te kunnen lopen voor verse broodjes. Die zijn er genoeg, maar niet op loopafstand. Je hebt overal een auto voor nodig.

The breakfast was fantastic. The food when u went diner, perfect. Mr. Lourentzakis had a few tips and they all were fantastic. Never eaten such good greek food. I can recommend the Taverna Kexagias near the villa and in rethymno taverna galera. The view incredible. Mr. Lourentzakis is a fantastic host and was a big help, especially in week 1, when many things happened.
Kriti is not good for people who have a disability. Fotos for the house showed a bathtube. Sadly it wasnt there when we arrived, could have make some things easier. Anyway, with the help of Mr. Lourentzakis and our creativity we found a solution for using the shower.
