Comoda da raggiungere ma isolata.
Nonostante l’appartamento fosse grande la struttura è particolarmente rustica, se non decadente, tv presente ma non funzionante, aria condizionata presente ma non funzionante ( e non c’era nemmeno il telecomando) frigo vuoto ( magari per i soggiorni brevi una bottiglia di acqua non sarebbe male ) la colazione : brioches confezionata con marmellata succo di frutta all’arancia e caffè, nessuna possibilità di scelta. Esternamente impalcature da lavori in corso..
