Really good location near the Sants Estació metro station. You can easily get to Sagrada Família (only four stops away), as well as different museums and sights.
The apartment has enough space, two beds, and a mini kitchen with all the necessary equipment.
This is a very good place to stay in Barcelona if you’re looking for affordable and decent accommodation (not a hostel). It’s more than sufficient for a comfortable stay.
I didn’t like that it was very noisy at night: someone was slamming doors very loudly, things were constantly falling in the neighboring apartments, and there is no soundproofing at all (you need to sleep with earplugs).
The boiler should be replaced, as there is barely enough hot water for two people.
The sofa bed was a bit unclear to unfold. It might be better to leave it already set up as a bed so guests don’t struggle with it.

Location was the perfect and has easy access to metro station and central train station as well. Moreover apartment has some kitchen accessories like pan, forks, pot, etc which allowed us to cook food at home. Furthermore there are supermarkets near the apartment.
Bed was not comfortable actually and mattress was too soft and flexible which hurt a bit of my back.
