One bedroom apartment with wonderful view and free, secure parking, but not close enough to the main beach area.

The view was great, the apartment furnished in a modern style and equipped with everything you may need. The apartment was clean. There is free, secure parking outside in the building’s parking lot or downstairs in the garage. Jan always responded promptly to all messages sent via Booking.com messenger.

The building itself has a very musty smell in the hallway (despite being built in 1988), but the apartment itself smells good, which makes it bearable. When showering, the hot water goes off every 2-3 minutes for about 20-30 seconds and then only cold water comes out. The hot water then comes back again. This should be checked out. That is the only thing we didn’t like about the apartment.

A very modern, stylish apartment with close proximity to all amenities. Would highly recommend.

The apartment was fabulous. It had all the comforts of home, very clean and decorated very stylishly. Jan, the host, had even set out some champagne with nibbles to welcome our arrival. The apartment is at the quieter end of the promenade but even so it's only a 5/10 minute drive and you are right in the centre of Ostend or take advantage of the bikes available and cycle in - around 3km. There is a private garage in the basement for your car at no extra charge.

La vue, le garage et la mise à disposition de vélo pour accéder au centre-ville un peu éloigné. Appartement avec tout le confort et très joliment aménagé.

Immer wieder gern: unschlagbar ist die Lage mit direktem Blick auf Strand und See. In 2 min ist man am Strand. Edles Gebäude in außerordentlich gutem Zustand und glänzend sauberer Eingangshalle drei schnellen Fahrstühlen. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Backofen/Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach. Bad mit Wanne! Hier gab’s zur Begrüßung sogar Champagner. WLAN sicher und schnell, gänzlich ohne Ausfälle. Lebendige Ecke mit Strandbar in Sichtweite aber ruhig, da in der 2. Etage befindlich. Kenner der Küste wissen: die eigene Garage fürs Auto ist wertvoll. 4 Fahrräder stehen zur Verfügung.

Leider ist an der Wohnung kein Balkon möglich.

Immer wieder gern . Passt alles: Küchenzeile mit modernen Geräten ( inkl. Spülmaschine, Backofen/ Mikrowelle, großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach) W-LAN sehr schnell. Goldwert ist die Tiefgarage. Fahrstuhl macht es bequem- in 2 min am Strand.

Leider gibt es keinen Balkon. Dafür sieht man das Meer vom Wohnzimmer-Fenster.

Très bonne communication. Très bon accueil. Appartement avec belle vue sur mer. Garage, chariot pr valises, vélos à disposition. Très bon confort, bien équipé, près de la digue et de l'arrêt du tram. Adresse à retenir.
