Location was great, the staff were fantastic. Lots of space and a nice patio to sit on. Everything was well stocked for our needs.
The bed was a little hard, I like a firm bed but my wife a little less so.

Hotel has a great location and hosts are helpful sharing plenty of information prior to check in. Room was clean and comfortable.
Website suggested a shared roof terrace, this is not correct. The roof terrace is assigned to only one room

Great place! The room was clean, and the location is very close to Piazza Tasso. It’s a quiet area, yet still wonderfully located. Just keep in mind that there are quite a few stairs, so if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage, it’s something to consider. The receptionist was lovely and very welcoming.
The hot water wasn’t working in the morning, but aside from that, everything was great.
