Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis für Schweizer Verhältnisse. Große Dachterrasse mit eigener Sauna. Das Restaurant im Erdgeschoss hat für schweizer Verhältnisse ebenfalls ein sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und kann daher auch für eine Familie empfohlen werden. Die Qualität ist für den Preis in Ordnung und so braucht man nicht immer zu kochen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Zum Teil optisch etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber nicht abgewohnt. Bad und Küche sind modern und neu.
Ein paar moderne Bilder würde die Wohnung aufpeppen. Das Geschirr ist etwas knapp, so dass die Spülmaschine mehr läuft als notwendig.

Das Haus ist zwar nicht neu, aber alles ist gepflegt, Bad und Küche waren top erneuert und die zur Wohnung gehörende Sauna auf dem großen Rundumbalkon war Klasse. Das Bussystem ist gut und Haltestelle sind wenige Minuten vom Haus. Das Restaurant im Haus hat ein sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, zumindest für Davos.
Wegen wenig Besteck und Geschirr muss man die Spülmaschine öfter als notwendig laufen lassen. Ein Raclettegerät wäre schön. Ein paar nette Bilder an den Wänden wäre auch gut. Alles aber nichts, was ich als wirklich nachteilig bezeichnen würde.
