Great location, lovely views over the garden and across to the estuary. Friendly welcoming staff superb breakfast and also close to restaurants. Room was spacious with a most comfortable bed. Loved the honesty bar and open fireplace.

Everything, we changed check in time - no problem. We were upgraded to the honeymoon suite - no charge. What a start to our holiday. Wish we could have stayed much longer. Not just a stop over place. Highly recommend. Breakfast was very good, served with a smile and friendly staff.
The fact that we only stayed over for one night and that we have never made use of the BnB before.
