Agriturismo Il Sogno

Breakfast was very tasty and made of fresh produce. The bedroom was clean and near its private shower room. The surrounding landscape was beautiful and the house itself was very pretty.

One event unfortunately tainted our otherwise enjoyable stay. When booking for our stay, I asked the owner if it was OK to arrive between 9 and 10pm, to which he replied positively. When we arrived at 9:45pm, after many hours of traveling by car with a three-year old, I saw a couple of messages on my phone by the owner telling me to hurry up or I might find nobody to check in. I rang several times and sent a message but there was no answer. I got worried because the place is in the mountains, far from the city where we could have found an alternative. Fortunately, other clients staying there could open the house for me and I could find the owner. He was very unwelcoming, telling me that check-in was before 8pm and that I should have arrived earlier. I reminded him that he had accepted my arrival-time request between 9 and 10, but he replied that he didn't care and repeated adamantly that check-in was before 8... That was not worthy of an "agriturismo" and I definitely didn't feel I was being treated fairly. He either hadn't read my request or had forgotten about it, I don't know which, but in either case he couldn't admit he was wrong, didn't apologize or even acknowledge the inconvenience. In a casual talk, he explained that he wants to retire in the next two years because he is tired; I guess this is affecting the way he treats his guests.

Pension located in a beautiful area, the pension staff is super nice, the food at both breakfast and dinner is super good and very carefully prepared, all the products are produced in the pension garden so everything is of high quality

La posizione e la tranquillità. La simpatia del proprietario che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa, e la cena preparata dalla padrona di casa con verdura fresche del suo orto, (abbiamo gradito tantissimo) ottima la colazione

Il letto contro il muro non è molto comodo se si è in due.
