Wonderful location. Can easily walk to nearby attractions.
I had to ask for a change of room. I booked for a twin bed but given a a double only, then when I asked for it to be changed I was given an accessible room but I didnt book for that. I hope staff could double check what the customer has booked before assigning a room. I didnt want to complain further and have it changed again but I still told the staff I didnt request for an accessible room. No reaction from him.

Location is decent in Zone 2 but quite a distance away from the city centre.
Room is good as expected with onsite parking next door at discounted rate.
Staff could use a bit more smiling, otherwise good place to stay.

I booked under agoda and I thought I’d have a balcony room but Apparently you’d need to call them
up in advance so that’s something to note. the window I had don’t open nevertheless amazing place I was able to cook and enjoyed my stay staff was nice upgraded my room so yeah lovely overall.

We checked in around 6pm during a hot July evening after a long day in Greenwich. The room was tidy as expected; however, the air smelled stale, and there was a floor fan running -- uhh, something is not right here. After tried to get the AC on to no avail, we informed the front desk to get the AC issue addressed - had to go back and forth for the next hour or so before the person admitted that the AC was broken, and told us no other room is available except that they can give us one more fan to make the life easier. This is by far our worst experience ever with a hotel - though I understand that the junior staff at the front desk might not be able to handle the incident, but the hotel should have a plan B given they knew the AC malfunction per the running fan in the room. Very disappointed by the Hotel operating staff to continue giving the room to customers - and no room change as they said that the hotel was fully booked
