Great location, very neat gardens.
Rooms are due for an upgrade. Restaurant menus are a bit limited.

It was gorgeous. Lush lawns and a really good buffet breakfast. Staff were so kind and friendly.
The ac kept turning off and resetting itself, but it wasn’t really necessary.

One of the restaturant service was not upto par as they had one staff member working the day. but overall the food was very good

Good Location
Zero warmth on receiving guests!!!!!
Very frustrated at the check in counter especially by one Elizabeth as we tried to modify our rooms to fit the 6 of us,even when we were willing to pay/top up the difference on the cost of the rooms!!!
Junior suite was too small for four people and especially that it has one bathroom.
Very basic breakfast.
Slow or zero response on emails on enquiries!!!
