Great location close to colosseum, metro station and neighbourhood restaurants. Well stocked fridge and fresh pastries brought to room each day. Very helpful host who was quick to respond. Clean and comfortable accommodation. Lovely powerful shower!

Problem with air conditioning unit during our stay, but host was quick to resolve.

We had an amazing 3 night stay here as a family of 4. Andrea was an incredible host from start to finish. He greeted us before check in and again before check out, making sure we were comfortable, settled in and had everything we needed throughout our stay. His communication was excellent and truly made the experience feel warm and welcoming. 10/10 for Andrea and thank you again for having us. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and perfect for families, with a kitchen, Netflix and plenty of room to relax after long days exploring Rome. We loved waking up to fresh bakeries each morning(thank you Andrea!!) The location was also fantastic. Walking distance to the Colosseum and Roma Termini, which made our train to Bologna incredibly convenient, while also being close to the metro for visiting other tourist spots. We also appreciated being slightly away from the more tourist heavy areas like Trastevere and Spagna. I would highly recommend staying here whether it’s your first time visiting Rome or not.

The location: very easy to commute and visit the main historical places. The hospitality and the availbility of the tenants. The cleanless of the room and bathroom.

The access to the bathroom outside of the room but it was the unique room left. (The other rooms are with a batchroom withinn the room).
