The fact that the apartment was extremely difficult to find: access was through the garages, which we were not told about. We should also have been told that reaching the apartment without a car would be very difficult, especially at night. When we arrived at the Interhome office we could not access the secure box to enter the PIN we had been given. After alomst 30 mins of panic, during which we were unable to get through on any of the phone numbers, a man arrived in an SUV, unlocked a gate/boex, gave us the key and map and drove off without offering any information about getting to the apartment, which was a bus ride and 40 min walk away in the dark. I have never experienced such bad customer service in all my life. We were given instructions to go to there offices the following day, but this was impossible as the road was closed for the historic car hill climb. On the day of our departure the office was again closed for a public holiday and again we were not informed and had to leave the key with a cleaner. At no point did Interhome attempt to contact us. It should be made very clear that this accomodation is so far away from the village of Villars that it is unsuitable for people without a car. Even in a car, you are looking for a building like the chalet in their pictures, not the garages!
