    I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of delicious options. Everything was excellent, and I truly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!

    I stayed at blue concept hotel for 3 nights. Location was perfect. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Room was very clean. Bed was perfect.

    As soon as our taxi pulled the front end staff came right outside to help us. What a nice way to be welcomed travelling from Canada. The front end staff have been very helpful with “ everything “. Great hotel and staff.

    This was the worst hotel experience of my life. First room the AC was broken. They kindly exchanged the room to another one. This room. Had no windows and smelled of water damage like you wouldn’t believe. The sheets had stains on them, they kindly exchanged them for new sheets with stains on them. The room was so disgusting. Walking around with socks on would pick up so much Lint and stuff. The pool was half a construction site and was full of dishes and dirty towels on all seats even though it was empty when we got there. Breakfast was ok. But the restaurant was full of empty tables with dishes on them. Seems like cleaning was something completely foreign to the staff. After one night out of the 3 we had planned we decided to cut our losses and book another hotel. No compensation, nothing. Not that you are guaranteed it in any way. But the staff mostly looked disinterested, not even a sorry. Stay away…
