A localização é excelente e a proposta do local é interessante com área comum e cozinha. O atendimento pré-check-in é muito bom, e a autonomia para check-in também muito boa.
Ubatuba é uma cidade extremamente úmida, o que traz desafios de conservação. O quarto em que ficamos estava com mofo no teto e um cheiro muito forte. O frigobar enferrujado e vazando água. No banheiro a válvula Hydra está com difícil acionamento e vazando água, que junta com a água que vem do box e deixa o banheiro molhado. A manutenção da vegetação do jardim e dos vasos, onde vocês andam esbarrando nas vegetações. A fechadura eletrônica acionada via QR Code é de dificil leitura, acredito que a senha seria mais pratica e por fim uma situação que foge do controle são as fezes de gato no corredor e jardim.
