Very pleasant and excellent host.

We liked the view, ease of parking, elevator, gym with good quality equipment, weights and stretch bands. The host was very responsive and helpful.

The WiFi was weak in parts of the apartment not only for my devices but also my partner’s. The hosts did all they could: checked and reset the modem and their speed was good but it still didn’t work so well inside the apartment. Maybe an extender would help.

A fantastic place for vacation with a good price/value ratio

One bedroom apartment: large apartment, impeccably clean. A lot of place to scatter all your belongings to have them at hand. The bed is large and _very_ comfortable due to double mattresses. South-west balcony with table and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, without microwave but there's an oven, so it's OK. Nespresso coffee machine on demand. The location is excellent, on the outskirts of the city, but right at the Surovas train station. COOP supermarket, bus stop, the city center – all within walking distance. Even though there was a lot of traffic on adjacent road, the rooms were very quiet (except the constant hum of the stream). Kind and helpful staff. We had a great holiday here. Definitely will book again.

Quirky light switches that work randomly. Sometimes you have to press them few times to turn on the light.

Close to everything. Walking distance to the piste de ski de fond and shops. Sound proofing very good, we never heard the neighbours. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Host very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location! The property is situated next to a river and the view from the balcony was soothing. The studio apartment is perfect for a couple and is in a quiet area. The train station and the bus stop are quite close. The host and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Die Lage, die Ruhe, die Einrichtung mit Arvenholz, die herzerfrischende Freundlichkeit der Hauswartin und die Möglichkeit, vor Ort zu bezahlen, da wir uns erst einen Tag vor der Reise entschlossen hatten zu dieser Reise.

Sehr gute Lage, ideal für Wanderungen direkt ab der Wohnung. Etwas ausserhalb von Pontresina, jedoch ist alles zu Fuss gut erreichbar.

Es war keine Frischhaltefolie vorhanden, leider haben wir auch keine mitgenommen. Der vorhandene Sparschäler war etwas "müde".

Saubere Wohnung mit guten Ablagemöglichkeiten. Kleinigkeiten für die Begrüßung. Personal sehr freundlich.

Sehr schöne und empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Die Wohnung ist schön und komfortabel eingerichtet, in der Küche findet sich wirklich alles, was man so braucht inkl. hochwertige Küchengeräte. Alles war blitzsauber. Danke für das Z'vieri-Plättli zur Begrüssung! Den Gratis-Parkplatz direkt beim Haus und den Veloraum haben wir sehr geschätzt.

Für unser Empfinden waren die Matratzen zu weich.

Gemütlich und entspannend.

Im Apartment ist alles vorhanden, sogar ein Geschirrspüler. Wir wurden mit einer Flasche Rotwein sowie einer Bündner Spezialität begrüßt. Das Haus liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Surova am Bach Ova de Bernina und doch sehr nah am Ortszentrum von Pontresina. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit - Coop - ist fußläufig 5 min entfernt.

Die Schlüssel wurden uns bei der Ankunft von der Kontaktperson (Gute Fee des Hauses) direkt übergeben.

Wintertraum

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Uns hat ein sehr sauberes und mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltetes Apartment begrüßt. Es hat leicht und sehr angenehm nach Zirbenholz gerochen und der Balkon direkt zum Bach hat einen tollen Ausblick in die Berge und Natur. Im Apartment hat sich nichts an Ausstattung gefehlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Gute Ferienwohnung

Für eine Gruppe von 3-4 Freunden war die Ferienwohnung gut, gute Größe und Ausstattung

Die Unterkunft nimmt leider nicht am Sleep + Ski Programm teil, man muss also den vollen Preis für Skipässe zahlen, wodurch die Ersparnis gegenüber einem Hotel im Skiurlaub geringer wird. Laut Website lassen sich über die Unterkunft vergünstigte Skipässe erwerben, das hat uns im Vorhinein aber niemand gesagt. Und das WLAN war nur in der Küche gut, im Wohnzimmer war der Empfang sehr schlecht. Ein weiterer kleiner Minuspunkt waren die quasi leeren Kissen
