Fantastic location
The location is perfect for Val Thorens. Ski in ski out and great for beginner skiers to access ski schools and nursery slopes. Decent space for a 4-person family. We were able to hire a garage space in Eskival from VAL THORENS IMMOBILIER, which was very convenient. Apartment had been cleaned, floors and surfaces were clean. Well located for amenities like ski hire and shops.
No working light in the bathroom. Was never fixed despite informing VAL THORENS IMMOBILIER the day after arrival. Really not ideal for a family to have to shower with the door open. This should have been noticed on inspection before we were given keys. Flithy plates, cups, cutlery and pans. They were in a disgusting state, with food caked on. We had to wash everything again oursevelves. I dont know how it passed inspection. Dodgy sofa bed, some slats were missing or had poorly aligned so there was a tendency to fall through. It would be better if the ski locker had a shelf for boots and some additional hooks to make use of the space. Lift was broken on leaving day, so I had to haul a massive suitecase down 7 flights of stairs!

The location is great
L'appartement n' est pas entretenu, il n'y a pas de rangement. Le mobilier est en mauvais état des réparations mal faite, une vis qui dépasse sur l'assise d'un tabouret, la moquette qui se décolle, lorsque l'on ouvre le lit double on ne peut plus accéder au balcon. L'appartement est mal isolé, les fenêtres sont en mauvais état. Je ne recommande pas L'appartement n°408

Cadenas sur le canapé lit double, nous étions 2 couples et donc avons du dormir séparés car les propriétaires avaient cadenassés le canapé lit pour ne pas qu’on l’utilise, je n’avais jamais vu ça auparavant …
