The location is excellent, near the pedestrain road, which has a tourist ambiance, with many shops and restaurants. Access to metro as well as taxis.
On the accommodate side, the fact that a microwave and washing machine were available was a bonus

Great location and very spacious accommodation.
Some of the furnishings and accessories are a little dated and could use some minor cleaning or touch-ups, but it did not affect our overall experience.

The main highlight of this property is its strategic location. Being situated near Beijing Road made it extremely convenient to access shopping, dining, tourist attractions, and public transportation. Everything I needed was within walking distance, which made my stay both enjoyable and hassle-free. The location alone makes this property a great choice for visitors to Guangzh
One downside of the property is the long waiting time for the lifts, as only three lifts serve the 23-floor building. In addition, many of the units are used for commercial purposes, resulting in a high volume of non-residents coming in and out of the building. This can make the environment feel less secure at times. However, this appears to be a characteristic of the building itself rather than an issue specific to the property.
