On a beaucoup apprécié l’endroit et l’accès à la ville. Et on souhaite adresser un remerciement particulier à Marine de la réception et Yacine le voiturier pour leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse. Ils ont beaucoup contribué à la qualité de notre séjour avec la fête d’Uzès au mois d’août. Particulièrement Marine qui sait régler les petits désagréments (la panne de climatisation)
C’est dommage qu’il n’y est pas un service de restauration et de bar à l’intérieur de l’hôtel. Espérons que le projet de bar soit à la hauteur.

Lovely hotel in gorgeous Uzes. Everything is first rate. I love this place. You should note that due to the age and original purpose of the building, you could end up with an odd-sized room, or one with stairs in it, or some other eccentricity, but it's all part of the charm.
Got a bit lost trying to find the turn to the hotel but they did send a staff member to the street to guide us.

Beds super comfortable, clean good decor
Not sink in toilet in en suit, chief did not know what Sunny side up fried egg was!! Breakfast unorganised.
Lighting issue in room lights came on in the middle of the night 5 times waking us up, moved room to resolve issue.
