Le Meridien Cairo Airport

Nearness to Airport and Direct Bridge to departure area.

In the Lunch, the Potato Salad was marked "Vegetarian" but actually I brought to the notice of the Chef that It had Beef Pieces in it. this was very bad as I already had eaten a few spoons.

My stay at Le Méridien Cairo Airport was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived until my departure, every member of the team made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with elegant facilities, spotless rooms, a relaxing atmosphere, and excellent amenities. The location is unbeatable for airport access, while still offering peace, comfort, and luxury. I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to Mrs. Salma and another lady’s who’s also named Mrs. Salma for their outstanding kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. I would also like to sincerely thank them for their wonderful assistance and genuine care throughout my visit. Their dedication truly reflects the highest standards of hospitality. A very special appreciation goes to Mrs. Hala, the Head of Housekeeping, whose leadership is clearly reflected in the impeccable cleanliness and presentation of every area of the hotel. The housekeeping team deserves the highest praise for maintaining such exceptional standards. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Andrew and Mr. Mahmoud for their outstanding room service. Their promptness, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to help made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. They are a true asset to the hotel. Finally, my heartfelt thanks go to every member of the reception, housekeeping, restaurant, concierge, security, engineering, and management teams. Your smiles, professionalism, and dedication created a truly memorable experience. Thank you all for making me feel at home—I genuinely look forward to returning.

Honestly, I have no significant complaints. Everything exceeded my expectations. If I had to mention one very small point, it would be that I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy this wonderful hotel even more. There was honestly very little to dislike. If I could make one suggestion, it would be wonderful if the hotel added a jacuzzi near the spa or pool area. I believe this would further enhance the guest experience and make an already outstanding hotel even more luxurious and relaxing. Other than that, everything exceeded my expectations.

Great facility, excellent restaurants and outstanding souvenir shop (even though is a little price compare to Cairo Market); the staff were awesome!!!
