歴史的に価値あるお屋敷を大切に受け継がれていることが素晴らしいと思いました。
温泉施設も充実していて混み合うこともなく、ゆったりと過ごせました。
宿泊棟から温泉施設までが少し遠く不便を感じました。

This was a true, bonafide, traditional Japanese ryokan experience! There is so much history that it justifies the facilities being older. The whole experience was wonderful, especially the kind and excellent staff.
The building does allow smoking, so be extra wary of what kind of room you are booking as only certain ones are guaranteed non-smoking. If you are even a tiny bit sensitive to smoke, you may not enjoy staying here.

天皇陛下が利用したことのある老舗旅館みたいです。
朝食が美味しかった。大浴場も広々して良かった。
高知城、ひろめ市場、明神丸など有名な場所に歩いていけるところが良い。
老舗旅館で老朽化しており、料金の割に高い印象だった。
リフォームは大変だけど、リフォームした方がいいレベルだと思った。特に絨毯は薄汚れている。
コロナ明けで旅をする人が多く、需要が高くなっていることが割高感の理由かなと思った。
