Very disappointed not worth the price

Receptionist at the desk during checkin was nice

- there’s a lot of construction work around the hotel and it’s not easily accessible - be prepared to wake up early from construction noise - There’s no noise cancelling I could hear all the noise from my upper neighbour and it was very loud - the morning house keepers came knocking on my door twice first time at 10h and she apologised the second one was very rude to me and she yelled at me for not putting the do not disturb sign but she was very very mean, I didn’t want to be disrespectful to her as I know these jobs can be difficult and stressful but she didn’t let me close my door lol I was about to go out and preparing my self so I didn’t even had time for this(checkout was until 12h) Please tell your staff to respect the privacy and boundaries of the guests.

Staff was nice, beds okay, was worm, shower has good pressure

Toilet wasnt clean from the previous guests and there were poo marks, towels don't smell nice and location is not great

Overall can’t complain as I wanted a cheap hotel that was clean and it lived up to my expectations

As the name says - this is a budget hotel so if you are looking for somewhere cheap, comfortable and clean then this is ideal.

The location is a bit out of the way (could be a positive for some travellers) No hotel bar! :( Lot of construction outside - not the hotels fault just pointing it for anyone looking to travel at the moment

Perfect for short stay in Lyon!

Our stay was pleasant, we didn’t hear any noises from outside, only the beautiful singing of birds, and location is also convenient , about 10 minutes from the metro station. The staff was polite and welcoming☺️

The only confusing moment was when a cleaning lady tried to enter our room in the morning, although checkout is at 12 PM - we weren’t sure why that happened.

Great place to stay on a budget

Free parking and good location with a short walk to the Garland metro station, so convenient for going into the city

The rooms are very noisy, you hear sounds easily from other rooms, the hallway and the elevator. Also there is no air conditioning

Location close to metro station, however very difficult to access due to extensive roadworks and no previous warning of this

Room was a small box and we felt it was like a prison. Separate toilet but basin and shower in same small room as bed. No facilities at all, cheaply furnished and just functional. Would have expected a better room for the price - very poor value for money

Spooky place in very dangerous city district between addicted and hookers.

window was directed to parking side, opposite from the street, therefore no traffic noise and quite good rest. bed was sufficiently comfort.

cleanness of the bedroom. I had doubts if my beddings were changed. Breakfast was total disaster: Boquete two days old, cheese chopped to 1 cm slices, fruit salad darked and watery made of definetely almost done fruits. it's not worth to pay extra for your breakfast - nearby Mcdonalds within 100m you can buy a cheesburger with fries for 4-5 eur and you will have loads of better taste and emotions. Can not understand, how hotel management and hotel crew, can act so unrespectfully against visitors. It was one of my worst experiences during last years of business travel.

Free parking space, clean cozy room with bathroom (shower and a toilet are separated, standard in all Ibis Budget hotels). Good breakfast with fresh croissants and bread. Easy access to the nearest subway station with a good connection to the old town. There is an elevator

We booked 3 rooms, one of use couldn't come because they were ill. We paid for the property at the site and yet they are constantly trying to charge my credit card for all 3 rooms over and over again with no way of getting in touch to get them to stop.

Location was convenient

We arrived late so picked up pizza on route, though wasn’t allowed to eat it in the eating area on arrival, despite it being in boxes and I said I would wipe any mess down. The rooms (double & triple) was not as nice as other Ibis we have stayed in and the breakfast was limited and poor value & quality

Budget should not mean dirty.

Easy checkin/out

The room was dirty. There was dirt on the floor, body hair on both beds, the mattress cover was stained yellow and probably never cleaned. It was horrible, I slept with my towel on the pillow. The shower was smelling like sewage and if you opened the door, the whole room was smelling like that. I wouldn't do this error again, not even if it were free.

There was no bathroom, but a sink in the middle of the room and the door of the shower (in the middle of the room as well) was kinda transparent.

The hanging hooks for clothes was directly over the bedside table so clothes hung down which limited what you could put on it. Towels were much too small
