Lage hervorragend, direkt am Meer,, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Die Lage ist wirklich super. Balkon Südseite. Herrlich. Jalousien an allen Fenster...top
Die Wohnung ist unglaublich schlecht gepflegt. Im Schlafzimmer löst sich die Tapete von der Wand. In der gesamten Wohnung waren Spinnweben. Mein Sohn übernachtete auf der Couch. Bereits beim ausklappen fiel auf wie verschmutzt die Matratze war. Vom Vormieter lag noch ein Buch drunter und jede Menge Dreck. Die Vorhänge waren mit irgendwas beschmiert. Im Bad war der WC Sitz locker und in der Nacht hatte mein Sohn plötzlich die Türklinke in der Hand. An der Küchenzeile ist die Arbeitsplatte mehrfach beschädigt. Sieht echt unschön aus. Der Dichtgummi am Kühlschrank ist defekt. Die Balkonmöbel sind alle an irgendeiner Stelle kaputt.
