    Staff in reception is not kind. Even in the skylight area, lady guard so annoying. I will definitely not recommend the place.

    The location is perfect, right at the end of Tagaytay and very easy to find. The entire property is huge, making it ideal for large families or big groups. The Family and Cabin rooms can easily accommodate more than the stated 2 to 4 people. Based on Agoda’s recommendations, we booked two rooms for six people, but one room would have actually been spacious enough; you just need to call the hotel ahead of time to arrange extra accommodations. The rooms also have plenty of cabinet space. However, there were a few issues. When we checked into the Family room, the toilet had been left unflushed. Neither room came with a hair dryer, so you will need to bring your own. The shower's hot and cold water mixer wasn't working properly either. Additionally, a light bulb in the cabin room hadn't been checked and was broken, forcing us to move a table closer to the bed just to get enough light. Generally speaking, both rooms looked a bit dull. There were also some insects around, though that is to be expected since the property is surrounded by nature :) In the morning, there was no breakfast buffet because of a low number of guests, according to the staff. The food wasn't great for the price, and our kids didn't enjoy how the tocino was prepared. On the positive side, the staff was very accommodating. They also provide a service vehicle, which made getting around much more convenient, especially since we had elderly with us. Unfortunately, the wave pool was closed during our stay, which was disappointing since it was one of the main reasons we booked this place. That said, they do have plenty of other activities for families to enjoy.
