They respected our privacy. Gave us space, but were responsive when we commumicated.
Had the place nice and warm for us when we arrived- thoughtful.
So close to the ocean can hear the waves.
Front door was very heavy- consider this is having surgery.
Couch was hard,beds were ok, not great. For price point and location good bargain.

The apartment complex is very close to the beach and amenities such as the dairies, cafes, takeaway shops and local restaurants. The shower pressure is really great. Also, the heating mattress is a bonus especially during the Christchurch winters in July.
We found the area very private and quiet. Plenty of parking either the carport underneath or within the apartment complex.
The manager is very approachable and always helpful in whatever we requested. The free use of the washing machine and dryer is a bonus.
The apartment complex appeared satisfactory, worn out in some places for e.g., The sliding door was difficult to open and close. However, everything else was functioning well.

The apartment was clean and spacious and like a home away from home. Staff are nice and helpful. They delivered us fresh towels everyday/ second day. The location is good walking distance to new brighton and handy to a local laundromat, dairy, hairdresser and pub.
Slightly run down/old. The shower didnt drain very well. Tv is very small and the internet connection was very hit and miss. Queen bed mattress was thin and extremely uncomfortable, and would create a roll into the middle, we woke up with sore backs every morning.

The shower and the view
The rooms over all needed an update the air con need servicing. The latchs on the windows in the bed rooms need fixing. so you could close the windows. Needed handle at end of bath for getting out of the shower. All the vertical blinds needed fixing.
