A casa era mesmo tudo o que é preciso! Tiveram muita atenção em por , além do berço pedido, uma banheira com toalhitas, a cadeira de amamentação com almofada e um peluche no berço !

O jacuzzi não estava em funcionamento e a piscina não tinha sombra e o chão a volta era demasiado quente. Mas com os guarda sóis ia ser bem melhor logo!

Quase tudo na generalidade.

O ar condicionado da sala não era suficiente para o frio que estava, mas foi disponibilizado um aquecedor eléctrico para ajudar. O wi-fi não funcionava adequadamente.

El personal es muy amable y agradable, especialmente Joāo. El apartamento está MUY limpio, dispone de todo lo que puedas necesitar para 4 personas en cuanto a menaje. Echamos en falta una cafetera para que todo fuese de 10 (aunque en recepción disponen de una máquina de cápsulas a disposición de los huéspedes. Pero levantarse y hacerse un café para mí es imprescindible). En la terraza la zona de barbacoa es buenísima, limpio, con su fregadero, mesas hermosas. Un terraza muy amplia , bonita y con unas vistas del río y del valle espectaculares. La piscina es pequeña pero más que suficiente. Y la zona de tomar el sol está muy bien, con hierba artificial, tumbonas, mesas y unas vistas preciosas.

Me gustó todo. Lo único es que no es accesible para personas con movilidad reducida, ni el apartamento, ni la piscina ni la terraza. Con silla de ruedas no es viable. Incluso difícil para sillas de bebé. En cambio es un alojamiento IDEAL para ir con niños!

The apartment is set in a beautiful location. The views were incredible. Very peaceful.

The girl on reception gave us no information about the area, there is no where to buy the minimal (shop) and the only restaurant nearby didn't serve food. If we had known this we would of been able to buy things from a supermarket. We only found this out by exploring the area. We were checked in and did not see any staff for the rest of the stay (4 days) there is an emergency number of which I rang 7 times with no answer. The bathrooms smelt terrible, you had to have a quick shower and get out and the apartment was not very clean. The rug in the lounge was covered in someone elses food crumbs and had not been hovered. You are left a cloth and sponge to wash up with but it's not new, left by the previous people or cleaner who knows. (Everywhere I have stayed you are provided with a new cloth and sponge not left an old one. You could not mop or sweep any of the floors as there is nothing in the room to keep it clean. (Considering there is no cleaning this is a must) As we had to cook every night because the nearest city is about an hour away and there was nothing in the village you really need to be able to clean afterwards. The place itself is beautiful and very quiet but unfortunately that wasn't enough. Staff really need to provide information at check-in.
