We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Andernach and this property was the icing on the cake.
It was spacious, clean, substantial parking, extremely quiet and very reasonably priced.

Excellent value, tons of space, very comfortable.
Loads of space, the living room is amazing, kitchen very adequate with a nice shower and bath in a very generous bathroom on the main floor.
Only downside was the heat in the separate guest toilet was not warm enough so it was very cold as we were there in winter.

Exceptional
Pleasant stay, this is the second time i stayed here. Everything was okay only the light in the kitchen did not work. And you can’t make a bit of noise because the neigbours are near. Very good stay, THANK YOU.
We were shocked, the owner came to say that we were to noisy of the reaction from the neigbours. We also heard Some noises outside so we tought the sound came from other people. No problems with the stay in the house, everything was good !

Lage der Ferienwohnung ist optimal, zentral gelegen unter anderem. Parken, durch den eigenen Parkplatz,gerade in der Ecke optimal. Wir hatten alles was nötig war und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung.

nur eine sache ... der radio in der küche funktioniert nicht ... da aber meine tochter ums eck wohnt,haben wir uns einen ausgeliehen und gut wars.
