Hotel stay was ok except very high cost for services.
Food and laundary was very expensive as compared to other similar hotels which made me feel unsatisfied

Good food and location, efficient and prompt room service
Absolutely everything was fine. Just Small notes that I found odd - Restroom didn’t have the makeup magnifying mirror, that’s pretty common for most 5/stars I have stayed at. Also, this maybe quite quirky but I have mostly seen the faucet spray in toilet to be on the right side of the wc ( not on left as in the room) since majority of the population is right handed.

The rooms were clean and nice however we had two other rooms including a business suite where the air conditioning didn’t work and they provided a standing fan. But overall I would still say the rooms were good.
The only restaurant downstairs with multi cuisine the food was really not good. The service at the restaurant was really bad and also the reception staff need a lot of training.
