It is really hard to judge this hotel as I am aware that people pay different amount of money for same length of stay. We have paid £450 for 4 people All inclusive 6 nights which is next to nothing. I am going to point good things first:
- the location - very close to the beach and few minutes walking to the centre,
- cook has got the taste and sometimes very nice dishes were served however You could taste the quality of the products were rubbish,
- Ukrainian young man and the lady at swimming pool - the only nice staff at the hotel.
- Staff - very rude (apart from two members already mentioned). They never smiled and You felt guilty to ask them for something but I think they have an excuse. Management Team employ more workers!!! They have got no help, work extreme hours for very little money. Two young girls in Lobby bar shouldn't even be there as spend most of the time smoking outside,
- Dining room - dirty most of the time. It was hard to find the table to eat and there was no cutlery. Very little investment is needed to improve this,
- our room never been cleaned for 6 days...
- hotel is in need of TLC - very old fashioned and maintenance is definitely needed,
- choice of food small but for the price we have paid seems to be reasonable,
- swimming pool dirty - I don't think they clean it at all.
