Location to airport for a 1-night stay

Location
No Shuttle Bus and no one to help with luggage.
Check in process is too long and ineficient and the Check in staff waste a lot of time and when I complained ,the check in agent was argumentative and not helpful. Guets are tired and need a quick Check in and dont want to be kept waiting for unacceptably long periods ( as was the case here and its upsetting and disappointing and needs to be improved
