Quick transit in Abu Dhabi

Close to the airport with hourly free shuttle bus to and from the airport. The room is spacious and equipped with amenities needed for a transit stay. There were also shuttle buses to the center and the mosque, but we were unaware of it before hand. Thanks to the awesome and super helpful doorman who let us know before we jumped onto our Uber!

It'll be wonderful and save us a lot of time if the information about the free shuttle to downtown and other popular sites is displayed more visible.

Not as good as last time I went, staff with training problems, and procedures weaknesses.

The staff in the F&B area were all very efficient, working efficiently, doing several tasks and all smiling. The draught beers available were clean and crisp, proving that the beer lines were well maintained (often a problem in the Middle East). Good draught beers on offer: Tiger from Singapore Moretti from Italy Heineken from Holland Amstel from Holland

This visit, I experienced two major problems (from a customer's point of view). Water pressure and temperature was very poor; at night I wanted a hot bath, the temperature was at best lukewarm (from the hot water supply) after a twenty to thirty minute bath run (not acceptable). A disappointed guest went to bed. I woke up at 04:00 thinking the water could be hotter, but it was not, it was still lukewarm ten minutes after starting the run, so I had to accept I was going to have to have a cold shower in the morning. While in the shower, about 25 minutes from turning the shower on originally, warm (not hot, and I only had the hot water supply coming out of the shower head) water started to arrive. When checking out, I told the receptionist, and all she said was we could have changed the room; she clearly does not understand the needs of a guest, late at night, a guest does not want to get dressed, pack the bags and move in a large hotel; the guest wants the room to be working fully before being allocated it. The fault is clearly the hotel's design, or the hotel's procedures and training. The housekeeping department should be checking every room every time they go into it, (often daily) or at least once a week if the room is not used. All faults, including low water pressure and no HOT water within 3 - 5 minutes should be reported to the Housekeeping Manager, who in return will report the problems to maintenance for immediate repair and reception to be removed from the rooms available list until repaired and OK to use by a guest. .......... The second problem was with the driver of the airport bus, at 09:00 on the 15th of February. The bus was not open for passengers to board before the driver arrived, and the driver did not appear at 09:00, I had to go to the reception to ask where the driver was. At the airport, he went to the arrivals, before departures, not understanding the timetable or needs of the passengers. He needs retraining!

No hot water, ac not functioning properly. Tv didn't work properly. Very bad experience. They apologized and shifted us to a different room next day which was good. One day room experience was horrible. I want refund.

Property was close to the airport but the complimentary shuttle was a good thing to offer. A good bar with screens and there’s also a well stocked Costa - useful to know.

The building work going on opposite the hotel was noisy during the night as they try to get shops & offices built. Would recommend you take some ear plugs with you, for the building noise, otherwise all great. Breakfast was great with plenty of selection to suit all and the staff are excellent, always accommodating and smiling with it.

Decently priced option for the airport stay

Decided on the hotel due to the decent price price and proximity to the AUH airport. Previously it appears it was almost connected to the terminal, now since the terminal A opened it requires a ride. Fortunately there are free hourly shuttles. The price is reasonable for the location and class, and the room was decent. Wi-fi worked well, and there were universal sockets in addition to UAE sockets. There was a bathtub. The windows have good noise isolation even if overlooking the airport. Breakfast was good, with large variety of dishes.

The shuttle bus I've taken was entirely full, so beware that you might not get a spot. Not sure how convenient the hotel's location would be for anything but staying close to the airport as there are little public transportation options, and most connections would require the use of the shuttle.

Big standard premier inn, nothing special but convenient location near the airport.

The breakfast was good. There were some really helpful staff in the reception area who helped us with our suitcases even though they didn’t need to and also assisted us in arranging a taxi.

The bathroom is awful. The taps in the sink barely have any pressure or actual water coming out of them which makes it very difficult to brush teeth etc.

I fell over onto floor in the dining area as I missed the step due to colour and the way it blended into the adjoining floor area. It wouldn’t surprise me if I wasn’t there first to do this.

First the whole Hotel stinks to humidity everywhere, it is "clean" but it doesn't look clean! OMG the horrendous humidity smell in the bathroom. Also bookings are only for 6 hours. That's crazy!

Good location and good quality - price ratio

The staff is really friendly, the room was cozy and breakfast was good. The location of the hotel is really good if you have a layover or if you want to visit the Parks of Yas Island.

I don’t know about other rooms, but in our room the shower was fixed near the ceiling and it was really difficult to wash your body, without washing your hair. Also, for me the pillows were uncomfortable.

Prefect for a short layover

Comfy and quiet even though being in direct proximity to the airport. This is our second stay already and happy to book again for a short stopover over night.

Now that the new Terminal A is open, it’s a bit far from the airport. The free airport shuttle is convenient but fills up very fast and if you’re not there at least 10 minutes before it leaves you might end up not getting a seat. It was also a struggle to find out where the shuttle leaves from and when. This should be mentioned in the welcoming message when booking.

A great place to stay when visiting Abu Dhabi

The hotel is in a convenient location a short shuttle bus ride from Zayed International Airport. It is close to Yas Island with all the theme parks and attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean quiet and well equipped. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

My only slight complaint was that the rooftop pool closed at 7pm
