het niveau waarop alles verzorgd was: meer dan voldoende doekjes (thee, hand, vaatdoeken), alle kamers lekker warm, de eigenaar kwam hout (klein en groot, en aanmaakblokjes en lucifers) brengen om de houtkachel te kunnen gebruiken, de bedden waar ruim, schoon, perfect opgmaakt en lekker warm. Beddegoed, ander textiel en schoonmaak waren in prijs inbegrepen. De ruimtes waren ruim en schoon, en vrij smaakvol ingericht, voldoende vrije stopcontacten en verlichting; keuken was goed en volledig ingericht. Kortom: alles klopte
