Great value for money accommodation in the heart of kedungu

Great value for money spot with very short walking distance to the beach and the swell bar. Staff were amazing there is undercover parking for your scooter and a cafe above if you don't have a bike. Great price for the rooms and the view from the upstairs patio over the rice field to the ocean is fantastic

People were super friendly and within walking distance from Kedungu surf spot. Bed sheets clean and overall room nice.

Pool was murky and day bed beside it dirty. Lack of hang out possibilities outside of room. Internet very patchy.

I liked how the villas were close enough to the event I was attending. The front desk doesn’t always have someone on standby, but any and all other staff are happy to assist when you see them. And they’re all very efficient in reacting to requests or inquiries! I like having access to a pool and their restaurant that had good food with reasonable prices.

My only issue during my stay was that my room felt dark. The bathroom lighting was fine, but in the living space I only had the headboard light that was a bit dim even if it was white light. During the day I can draw the curtains to let sunlight through, but it also exposes my whole room to everyone outside. Maybe a warm headboard light and then a room light would be a good combo :)

I have only had half of my stay so far, I enjoyed the venue so much I extended my stay, thank you for a beautiful stay

The property was quiet, I stayed in the suit which was extremely spacious. I have food allergies and the staff were excellent and always very helpful and kind.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. However transport services didn’t seem to like to pick up from this area as it is a bit out of the way.

Lovely comfortable stay with friendly people

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The people were what made our stay amazing though. A lovely quiet location with a pool. The sea is great if you’re a surfer, but the waves are high for swimmers. Easy access to Tanah Lot temple.

The food was good and the rooms where nice and beds comfy.

The pool was green no one could use it. We contacted hotel to ask if wheelchair accessible they said yes but it wasn't, there where stairs everywhere and no ramps.

Restaurant was great offering fresh and well presented food in lovely surroundings with attractive outlook. Staff were wonderful always helpful and friendly.

Servicing of rooms should be on a schedule, cleanliness of bathroom and some minor maintenance in room would have made a difference.

Loved the vib Very friendly staff. Room size is massive. We only booked for 1 night stay because closer to Beach club, and closer to The gate of Heaven Lempuyang ( still getting up at 3:45am) ....

I've just copy and paste the address to gojek for taxi, took us to different location..... The bed sheets have blood stains. No hot water in the morning No lights where the shower bit if you want to take shower at 2a.m...😅 Oh No bin because they use that for the air conditioning cause still need fixing (dripping water) Nothing bad bad just saying, just could be better. Since we only slept for few hours, I didn't want to change room or anything....

Local stay is the perfect stay

A beautiful stay next to rice fields and cows. They also have 2 beaches short walk which are absolutely stunning. They have a lovely restaurant and one next door. The staff are super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was nice and clean with see through door so, you can see the cows

It was ok, liked how quiet it was but the place needs better upkeep and it will be amazing.

The villas were aesthetically pleaseing and spacious.

The maintenance was not so great, one morning we had no water and one evening we lost electricity - and they were not equipped with a generator to respond to instances like that. They pool was never clean so we could not dip in it and the outdoor shower in the pool area also did not work. There was no cleaning offered and also no towel change offered, we had a rooftop veranda that was beautiful and with a beautiful view but again, not clean. And it seemed like it had not been cleaned for a while, on our last morning after our thrid night I proceeded to have my coffee up there and plug in my phone to charge, to find a spider nest in the socket.

Good : The cafe is inside of villa. So it is easy to have a meal at there. Not good: There were not hot water for shower. After our first night, next morning we asked them to fix it. We came back that evening, there were not hot water available….

Peaceful place for surfers

It was a very peaceful place located close to the beach. Perfect for surfers as it was a walking distance from a great surfing beach. The room was a very cosy and calm place. The staff was very friendly .

They should look after the cleanliness in the bathroom but also the steps leading up to the room, and also the surrounding area around the pool. Also, there was a limited selection of food for breakfast.

We felt taken good care of, good communication, great traditional food, high speed internet for work

Welcoming, very friendly staff taking care of our wishes. We felt save and our belongings protected because there was staff present around the reception and the backyard. We loved the authentic very tasty cooking of traditional dishes in the restaurant/cafe. This is the only place for good quality Indonesian food in this street. We enjoyed the trustable high speed internet which made it easy for us to work from our room, from the restaurant and pool area. The restaurant/bar is like a living room and working space, an extension of the villa. Good air conditioned, situated high with all around windows on all sides. Panoramic view to the sea, the mountains, rice fields. The property and houses are kept clean permanently. For a combination of work and vacation it's good if you can work from computer in the restaurant; sufficient sockets provided, the space is large with seats at the balcony with ocean view. The high bed on the roof provides a space for privacy and panoramic view. The beach is right in front of this property, 2 min. walk.

The construction next to the property has impact on the view, which this villa cannot change, but more plants and flowers could be planted to provide a greener view directly around the long path to the villas and from the high bed on the roof. The architect has not constructed the toilets open to the sky which would have been so helpful to air the bathroom which entrance is directly from the bedroom.

Once probably an excellent place to stay

The staff were the best. Super helpful and sweet. I also loved the pool. The location was perfect for me, as i wanted to be away from the crowds, but near the beach and good places to eat. The rice fields were great, and Tanah Lot just a 10 min walk away through the rice fields.

The place is run down. I stayed in 3 different rooms, all had various insects, such as huntsman spiders, normal spiders, ants, flies and mosquitos, as the rooms are not well-sealed. Curtains were very dirty and outside cushioning all looked really unsanitary. The worst thing was that there was construction on both sides of the property, starting early morning, going on till late at night, evennon Sunday. It wasn't super loud, but it was uncomfortable to have men staring at me at the pool area. On top of that, the villas themselves were having refurbishment near the pool.

The location is pretty good. It's walking distance to the beach.

We got a room at the end of the unit. It's very far to get there. If you forgot something walk back to the room quite long. I don't like it. And no breeze and got super warm in the room. We have to run AC for 24 hours. The last thing, no privacy at all. We have to close the curtain all day to have privacy.

The room was nice, and the shower excellent. Kedungu is a great area, with a very nice beach for surfing or walks, whatever you prefer.

The beds were so so, and the gazebo could have been amazing hadn't it been for the mattress. If they fix that, it would be perfect.

Positioned on the edge of rice fields and nature , lot’s of insect noises ect , loved it . lots of cheap food at the beach just down the hill , staff very polite , will be returning. swimming pool ok although small. motorcycle hire here cheap and easy .

The location was good for being close to a very quiet beach, and good proximity to Tanah Lot. The room I stayed in was large and comfortable, with a great bed. I really liked the pool too. The reception was a little strange, and the overall cleanliness not a 10/10, but this was made up for by the lovely breakfast Putu made me in the morning. Putu was so lovely to me in the morning and made my day great - she helped me with transport and asked about my plans. So friendly!

The tile walkways were a bit slippy when wet! And the reception was not the most welcoming.

Tanah Lot is just a very nice walking distance from the Villa through the rice fields. The Villa is really nice, stylish and comfortable. The little fridge in the room was also good and the resting area above the room is perfect! The staff is super helpful!

It would be nice if were there one or two chairs in the room. The lights are also very stylish, but not enough. For example, in the bathroom, there aren't any lights next to the mirror. Changing my contact lenses was really difficult at night. There wasn't any hanger in the cupboard for shirts or in the bathroom for towels. The card payment machine didn't work, but the staff was so helpful, bringing me to the village to get money from ATM.
